KOA Speer’s TLRH3AP resistor has low T.C.R. available down to +/-50 ppm with resistance tolerance of +/- 1%. The TLRH3AP will be offered in resistance values of 6mΩ up to 120mΩ and is AEC-Q200 qualified. Used primarily for current detection, the TLRH3AP current sense resistors are ideal for transportation, industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics markets in applications such as personal computing devices, DC to DC conversion, automotive modules, motor control, and power supplies. Lead time is 14 weeks for the TLRH3AP. Samples are available upon request.
